I am seeking an architect who can create detailed drawings of my kitchen and bathroom renovation project. The main goal is to improve functionality, increase storage space and to elevate the aesthetic appeal.
Key aspects of this project include:
- Understanding the existing rough floor plan and kitchen layout.
- Creating meticulous working drawings specifically for plumbing and electrical trades.
The bathroom is to be enclosed with drywall, interior and exterior walls.
Vanity is 27" wide
Toilet dimensions are attached.
