Detailed Calculation of autocad polylines

Good evening, I have an autocad file in which there are some closed areas - polygons (polylines) consisting of some diagonal and curved sides and in which I easily calculate the area on autocad by selecting the polygon - > properties - > area.
What I need are the detailed area dimensions - geometrical calculation (which, of course, to be correct, must match those displayed by the polygon selection in Autocad, as I described earlier). That is, for a rectangle with sides A and B, where A = 3 and B = 8, write AREA = A x B = 3 x 8 = 24 sq. m . ... the polygons, of course, are more complex, with zigzagging, as I mentioned, and curved sides, which should be divided into individual triangles and polygons for detailed area calculations.
