Detailed AutoCAD Random Tile Hatch Pattern

I am in need of a freelance professional with expertise in AutoCAD who can create a high detailed hatch pattern representing a somewhat random looking configuration of porcelain paver tiles.
Key Specifics:
- The hatch pattern to be created will have four tile shapes
- The hatch pattern to be created will have a space between each tile representing the grout line
- The hatch pattern to be created will have the tiles arranged in a particular pattern
- an AutoCAD .dwg file is available which has the specific dimensions of the tiles and grout lines, as well as how the overall pattern (the combination of tiles with grout lines) will be laid out and how the overall patterns are combined for a repeating pattern. The example AutoCAD file shows the (1) unique pattern combined (4) times with each of them being in a different color to make it easy to see how the (1) unique pattern repeats
-The supplied AutoCAD drawing is meant to show how the pattern will look. The hatch pattern to be created must conform to the dimensions in the drawing and the pattern laid out. The way that is accomplished is up to you. The units of the supplied AutoCAD drawing are in inches and will be in inches when the pattern is used.
The following are the sizes of the tiles and the grout line:
Tile A: 15 7/8" x 15 7/8"
Tile B: 7 7/8" x 7 7/8"
Tile C: 15 7/8" x 7 7/8"
Tile D: 23 7/8 " x 15 7/8"
Grout Line: 1/8"
Note that the rectangular tiles are laid out both horizontally and vertically (See AutoCAD drawing for layout configuration).
