Detailed AutoCAD Drawing Preparation

HI i would like to make an autocad drawing preparation for my project
- site plan will be given and the changes has to be made (changes on the plan dimensions)
-installation of machines - machine drawing file will be given - need place accordingly and with proper dimensions
-piping of the machines need to be connected accordingly will be advised.
the file need to consist of machine dimension, room dinemsions , machine to machine dimensions , and machine to wall dimensions. (each dimensions place in different colour)
and make a proper layering of each dimensions and line so werea able on and off the layer properties.

2. and another with added dimensions (done messily , i want do placement again and neatly done)
