Detailed Architect Plan for 2500+ SqFt Home
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm looking for an experienced architect to design a straightforward 2500 SqFt + house. This isn't about simple copying and pasting, I'd like to see ingenuity in your work.
Key features I demand:
- 3 Bedrooms
- Vaulted ceilings
- Bay windows
- A relatively open floor plan
- Built-in features
River Overlook in Northern Arkansas. First Floor with full Walkout basement, Music Studio over the garage. Sketches are basic envelope and layout. Map is actual location. Photos are ideas from current home, not requirements. The "Wood" picture is from local homes at the building location and NOT what is desired. However touches of local architecture elements are desired.
Energy efficiency and Independence from long power outages, Over-Hanging eaves, Solar, Storage, Heat Pump, Backup up generation, etc. is required.
For this project, we're leaning towards a design that incorporates traditional architectural elements, blended innovatively with modern aesthetics.
