Design a narrow office layout
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
100'6" x 20'1" retail space. Toilet, small sink/kitchen and break room in the back as per picture exist already. It is about 20'x20'.
The front is double glass doors and floor to ceiling glass windows (retail).
It is a narrow space and we are trying to fit a lot of things in addition to the existing bathroom and breakroom in the remaining 80'6" x 20'1" space.
1. Waiting area with conference, reception, and bathroom.
2. Two private offices
3. 18-20 workstations.
4. 12+ filing cabinets
5. Two commercial printer/copier xerox machines
In the front area we need a walled off waiting area with at least an 8' window for reception. The office should not be visible from the reception window from someone inside the waiting area.
In the front waiting area there needs to also be a door to a bathroom and a conference room, the bathroom could be small (5'x5') and the conference room could also be small more of a meeting room of 6 or so people. The waiting area needs to seat at least 10 people.
