Design a floorplan for a small building with a small loft conversion to scale
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
Building is 4.1M Wide X 6.5M Length X 3.9M High with an apex roof.
Building to have a small bathroom with bath/shower unit, basin and toilet. Upstairs annex to be big enough for a bed and clever designing to make sure of the apex roof detail.
Underneath the bed area, would like a small living area.
The remaining area, I would like a small office area, small kitchen area with maybe a breakfast bar that comes out of one of the walls to maximise space
