Design a floor plan for our new office
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Simple office layout needed including the best way to maximize our space, since we will lease out these small office units. sketch attached of our basic idea but we need help with suggestions to best use the space.
Exterior size 30x110 sq ft

2 restrooms, each next to a back door.
one small mechanical closet and one storage closet
We want a mix of office sizes ranging from 100 sq ft to 400 sq ft, but while fitting in as many as possible and getting creative with the given area.
