Design Single-family House Structure
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need the foundation designed with wood columns, concrete footings (properly sized), floor joist sized, the roof and necessary details.
This is a single level addition with a sloped backyard. Therefore the columns will be exposed. Please reference the PDF's below to understand the scope.
Confirm column spacing and span of joists (min 2x8 is needed for insulation).
- This is a small project with a very tight budget.
- Quick turn-around 2 days max.
- Will address any permit comments for no additional cost
- Final deliverable to be on 24x36 PDF
