I'm in need of a design-oriented, self-motivated architect or designer to assist in the design and production of construction drawings for both residential and retail projects.
For the residential projects, your tasks will include:
- Designing floor plans
- Creating construction drawings
- Interior design
For the retail projects, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Designing floor plans
- Creating construction drawings
- Interior design
The ideal freelancer will be an innovative thinker with a keen eye for design, capable of contributing positively to the design process. Prior experience in both residential and retail architecture is a plus. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently and take initiative. A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work will be highly regarded.
