Design a Modern Modular Home - Australian or New Zealand design experience preferred
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm seeking a designer with Australian or New Zealand design experience to draft a design for a modern, modular home utilizing shipping container modules.
It will be comprised of 4 x 40' Shipping Containers. 12.19m long and 2.44m wide (OD).
It will be two levels, GF of two containers side-by-side and second floor of two containers stacked side-by-side above.
This home will be used for residential living.
Initial Draft Floorplan is attached.
I will be assessing quotes for 24 hours and will then award the contract.
NB -
I require Floor plans (DWG format) and 2 renderings of the completed design.
You must have some knowledge of calculating bracing requirements.
Key Aspects:
- Design should be modern in style
- Suitable for residential use
- Configured for 2 bedrooms, plus study.
- Utilizes shipping container modules
