Design Full ICF Addition Plans, Oregon
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm looking for a highly experienced Structural Engineer with PE stamp to draw a full set of plans for an ICF addition to my wood-framed house, for additional living space.
Key Requirements:
- Complete set of plans: The plans should cover all aspects of the new addition, including the ICF walls, truss floors, and either a hip or gable roof.
- Oregon codes: The plans must be stamped by a Professional Engineer for compliance with Oregon, USA, building codes.
- 7 to 10 days: The project timeline is firm, so the successful candidate must be able to deliver within this timeframe.
The addition should include:
- PDF floorplan and elevations are attached. We are open to design changes.
- Visio drawing available if it is helpful.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with ICF construction design
- In-depth knowledge of Oregon building codes
- Previous experience designing similar size and scope additions
- Ability to deliver quality work within short timeframes
