Design Documentation for House Extension: Australian / Qld experience required. No not reply if no AU experience
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need professional design documentation for a minor house extension. The purpose of the extension is to extend the existing roof line and create an ensuite and walk in robe to the master bedroom.
Total extension is approx 40m2
Design in CAD has been done through another consultant (Freelancer) but requires design to be taken to the next step to enable builder approval through a local certifier.
Local experience needed.
Project is Sunshine Coast, Qld
Requirements:
- Architectural Drawings: I have an existing design, so you will need to refine and finalize the architectural plans.
- Structural Drawings: You must prepare the necessary structural drawings to ensure the extension is safe and sound.
- Permit Applications: Documentation must be suitable to obtain certification / approval I
-Building tender: documentation suitable to obtain a fixed quote from a local builder
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in architectural and structural design
- Experienced in preparing permit application documentation
- Able to work with and refine an existing design
- Knowledgeable about building regulations and requirements
