Design & Build Upright Hyperbaric Chamber

I'm looking for an expert to design and create an upright hyperbaric chamber for me. This chamber should be cube-like in shape, measuring 4' x 4' x 5'. It needs to sustain a regular operating pressure of 3ATA. The entrance door must be a see-through plexiglass.

Key Requirements:
- Design and construction of a hyperbaric chamber
- Use of stainless steel or steel for the walls
- Incorporation of a manual lock on the plexiglass door
- Ensuring the chamber can withstand a operating pressure of 3ATA

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Engineering background, particularly in designing pressure-resistant structures
- Experience with hyperbaric chamber design and construction
- Proficiency in working with stainless steel
- Knowledge of safe and secure manual locking mechanisms
