Demolition & Flooring Estimator Needed

I'm seeking an estimator with extensive experience in demotion and flooring projects, particularly using Takeoff software. We need someone to estimate different tenders we are trying to win.

Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing Takeoff software to estimate tenders
- Specializing in Demolition and Flooring projects
- Conducting takeoff on provided drawing packages in specified format

Skills and experience required:
- Extensive experience with demolition and flooring estimation
- Proficient in using Kreo and other takeoff software
- Prior experience in estimating commercial projects
- Expertise in estimating carpet/ vinyl/ epoxy, skirting, trims, waterproofing/ tiling/ flooring projects
- Experience in measuring Demolition
