Demblewski House

We need a dedicated Architect for this project. The father is a vetern and has a 28 yearold daughter that needs 24hr care by a care giver. The first plan was designed by the father however the contractor turned the project down so all they have is this floor plane. I also attached a link to another house that fits the family. Early June the family has to close on the loan because land is involved.
