Deck is low to ground deck redwood that is existing about 45 ft x 16ft. It will be torn out and replaced with Timbertech AZEK deck, all new glu lam structure new joists, new hangers. Will keep existing concrete footings and brackets. a small addition of about 5 ft x 30 ft will be added to one side and will need new footings. Need all calculations and drawings suitable for Park City building permit requirements.
