Deck plans to submit for permit

I need help creating plans for a rectangular deck I want to build. The schematic should include exact measurements for framing, footings, posts, stairs, and railings. The deck will not feature any seating or custom features such as built-in lights or extra railings. I need this plan drawn up quickly and accurately so I can submit for permitting.
