Deck Plans ASAP
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for someone to create deck plans for a residential project. The area for the deck is large, 1,108 sq. ft. I have a specific design in mind for the deck.
i created a deck plan, however the building department is requiring more detail. My goal is to get plans approved by the building department as soon as possible. We need this done by Monday morning.
Note: we are making a change in the stair location and keeping some of the original deck as it is supporting part of the house that extends out as pictures show. Picture shows previous deck.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Experience in creating deck plans for residential use
- Ability to work with specific design requirements
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations for deck construction
- Strong communication skills to understand and incorporate client's design preferences
