Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a floor plan in a DWG file that needs enhancement for a county building permit. The following modifications are required:
- Integration of all necessary layouts: Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC
- Addition of room labels and dimensions
- Insertion of construction notes
Please note that no design modifications are needed to the existing floor plan. The current layout is final and approved. Expertise in CAD software and experience in drafting house plans for building permits is essential. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to follow specifications closely. Need them complete by 10/10
