DOB-Compliant Drafting for NYC Residential Project

I'm seeking an architect or draftsperson who is capable and comfortable with the Department of Buildings specificities in New York City. They will work on a medium-sized residential project, between 1,000 - 3,000 square feet. Although their role is strictly limited to producing the drawings, intimate knowledge of the DOB submission process standards is necessary to create compliant plans from the outset.
Ideal expertise and skills:
- Profound understanding of New York City Department of Buildings processes and guidelines.
- Experience with drafting plans for residential buildings in the range of 1,000 - 3,000 square feet.
