Custom Revit Template Design

We are looking for a Revit consultant to develop a custom template file (.rte) that includes:

1. Title Blocks & Sheet Setup
Branded title block with auto-populated fields (project name, date, scale, etc.)

Pre-built sheets for:

General Notes

Floor Plans

RCPs

Interior Elevations

Finish Legends

Lighting & Plumbing Schedules

Furniture & Millwork

Cover sheet layout with image placeholder(s)

2. View Templates & Graphic Standards
Graphic styles for schematic vs. construction phases

Custom view templates for:

Floor Plans

RCPs

Elevations (with graphic pop)

Sections

Object style presets, lineweights, line styles

Filled regions (tile, wood, cabinetry, etc.)

3. Annotation Styles & Tags
Text styles and dimension styles aligned with Bonfire’s brand (clean and legible)

Room tags (with room finish info if possible)

Furniture and material tags

Keynote/tagging system for finishes

4. Interior-Specific Content
Preloaded, editable schedules:

Furniture schedule

Finish schedule

Lighting & plumbing schedule

Material legends and color/finish legends

Custom interior families:

Cabinetry modules (basic upper/lower)

Built-ins, benches, millwork shells

Finish sample swatches

Symbolic fixtures (sconces, pendants, outlets)

5. Browser & Project Organization
Browser organization system (by view type & level)

Sheet naming/numbering convention

Predefined worksets (if helpful for collaboration)

Standard levels, grids, and scope boxes

Project base file location + North Arrow conventions

Optional Add-Ons (Depending on Budget)
Shared parameters or Dynamo scripting for auto-tagging or finish callouts

CAD export layer mapping

View filters for material categories (e.g., all tile surfaces shaded blue)

Client presentation layout options

Deliverables
Final Revit Template File (.rte)

Folder of any custom families created

Brief documentation PDF (overview of how to use template)

One round of revisions after review
