- Natural 3-inch oak wood slab wood design
- Design style: New concept (open to innovative ideas)
- Wrap around deck
- Back Patio
- Bedrooms with Balcanies on 3rd Floor
- Basement is ground level existing with sliding glass doors .

- Strong design skills with ability to create new concepts
- Expertise in woodworking, particularly with oak
