Custom Home Drafting Expert Needed

Seeking a Skilled Draftsman for Custom Home Project in Los Angeles
My husband and I are designing a custom home in a suburb of Los Angeles and are looking for a qualified draftsman to join our project team. We already have:
• Architectural designs (reviewed once by the city).
• A grading plan.
• A structural design (pending updates).
• A soils report under review by the City of Los Angeles.
We need someone who can:
• Revise and finalize plans to meet City of LA requirements.
• Produce detailed 3D designs of the entire project and property to help us visualize the final result.
• Provide a licensed structural engineer as part of their team and include this service in their quote.
• Manage and coordinate all engineers involved in the project (e.g., soils, grading, structural) to ensure a smooth and complete submission to the City of Los Angeles.
• Ideally, provide access to or work closely with an interior designer to align the architecture with interior details.
Experience with Los Angeles building codes and the LADBS review process is essential.
