I'm seeking a professional designer to create a detailed, custom design for a garden shed/storage area. The design will cater to specific storage needs including tools, garden equipment, and seasonal items, all while maintaining a sleek, contemporary Hamptons aesthetic.
Key Requirements:
- The final design will need to be submitted to the Brisbane City Council for approval.
- It must accommodate a variety of storage requirements.
- The use of white timber cladding and large windows for a Hamptons look.
- All designs must be to scale and developed using Autodesk software (either Revit or AutoCAD).
- Deliverables include 2D technical drawings and a 3D rendered version.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in creating designs for storage structures.
- Strong understanding and ability to implement the contemporary Hamptons aesthetic.
