Creation of architectural 50/1 plans and sections for 60m2 apartment creation
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We are transforming a space in our cellar and store room into a 2 bedroom apartment, with shower room and living room space. We have 100/1 plans of this transformation already created for the current state and for the future state and some diagrammatic elevations. We can provide these 100/1 plans and diagrams to help in creation of more detailed plans.
We would like to have 50/1 plans created to include the following elements :
1. Using colour to identify walls to be demolished and walls to be created for the rooms.
2. Electrical wiring plans - identification of wiring tubes, switches and sockets in the rooms.
3. Plumbing plans for waste water and hose / cold water supply.
4. Cross section diagrams of walls, floor and roof to identify - Water proofing, insulation, soundproofing, and materials such as parquet, plaster, etc.
