Creation of 2D Blueprints for Patio Enclosures

I'm seeking a professional able to convert my field measurements and material specifications into detailed 2D PDF format blueprints.
The job specifics include:
- Translating field measurements into accurate represented scales
- Incorporating material specifications into the blueprints
- The blueprints will be based on varying sizes of open air patio enclosures.
Ideal freelancer would have a background in architecture or engineering with proficiency in blueprint creation and a strong understanding of field measurements, scale conversions, and material specifications. A working knowledge of patio enclosures would be an added advantage. Familiarity with drawing up blueprints in PDF format is essential.
