Creating a 3 floors Building Renovation Floor Plans
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
This project consists of renovating and modifying an existing house / building (3 floors) into a computer training center.
Therefore, we are looking for someone who can assist us in creating the architectural floor plans and design, elevations & sections and 3D perspectives. We will also need the doors and windows schedule.
We will provide the current floor plan, some pictures of the existing building and a proposed modified plan with handwriting modifications. Note that the proposed plan is just a suggestion, and you are free to come up with different ideas, suggestions and proposals.
We are looking for a more modern, open and up-to-date design that require minimal modifications to the existing structure.
