Create floor plans for a house

I am looking for a talented architect to create floor plans for a three story house. I will give you constraint lines for house boundaries and a list of requirements. Your job is to come up with house floor plans that would work well and incorporate all requirements.
Job can be done in either Revit or Archicad or any other software, I am after ideas as opposed to the drawings.
