Create floor plan (architectural plan) to convert a listed stable into a single family house
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Create floor plans (architectural plan) to file building application in Germany to convert a listed stable into a single family house.
This requires the following:
- Amend existing floor plan (DWG-format exists) to the current situation (e.g. add ceiling) prior construction based on sketches.
- The building has the size of 12m *18m and consists of ground floor and first floor (no basement).
- Create the new floor plan for the single family house based on the existing floor plan and highlight changes between the existing structure and the new floor plan based on sketches.
- The facade and outer walls will remain and only windows and doors will be added.
- All drawings must be produced according to architectural standards (e. g. Din 1356, Din Iso 4172) and contain sectional drawings
-The floor plans will be used for the building application in Germany and must qualify with the standards
- The floor plan must be created ideally with AutoCAD or Allplan and in the DWG and dxf format
- Outlook: I expect further changes and amendments to the floor plan within the next months and I preferably would like to continue the work with the same person on an hourly basis (not part of this project at the moment).
