Create dynamo script for Civil3d - Create points at center of Hatch circles.

I have CIVIL 3d drawing where there are hatch elements and I need to create points at the center of all the hatch circles. Please write a script that creates points, places them in a points group of my choice in civil3d's dynamo environment.
