Create blueprints for an existing gambrel barn structure with a loft floor platform.

I have an accessory building on my property that is 32ft x 20 ft. It used to be a 2-car garage but I replaced the garage doors with standard framing, thus closing it up making it into a large workshop, divided by a partition wall into two equal areas or 320 square feet each.
Later I removed the original simple, low-rise gable roof, installed a storage attic floor consisting of 2x12 joists hanging on a 4x12 center beam of #1 douglas fir, running the length (32 feet) of the building. The beam is supported by a 4x4 post at each end of the building and by a single 4x4 post in the middle. The attic floor is 3/4" plywood tongue and groove plywood, glued and nailed onto the beam and joist attic floor structure. Then I built a gambrel roof over this attic floor.
There are two things I now need:
1) I need to have blueprints created for that attic structure and roof. One end of the attic is a closed, framed wall and the other has a set of french doors leading to the flat roof of another building that is not attached but is 2 inches away from this building.
I will supply sketches with accurate dimensions of the entire attic and its roof.
2) I will also supply accurate dimensions and sketches of the lower section of the building - the workshop area. The attic beam above it is supported at each end by a 4x4 post embedded into the end wall and a third 4x4 post embedded in the partition wall that divides the two workshop halves. This unfortunately is not correct as that 4x4 post presents a point load on the slab foundation so I want to have an engineer change the design of that support in the middle of the beam - possibly with a bearing wall instead of just a post in the middle of a partition wall as it is now. The engineer would then make a blueprint for the lower section of the building containing the existing structure as it is now, plus whatever modifications the engineer recommends that I need to make to the dividing wall in order to accomplish the proper load bearing of the middle of the attic beam.
The result will be a set of blueprints for the top and bottom of the building along with the load calculations.
Notes:
The attic is not a living space - it is only used occasionally as an art studio and for storage of various household items. The only access is via a pull-down attic ladder.
