Create a Vastu-Compliant House Plan for West Facing Plot
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am seeking your expertise to create a Vastu-compliant house plan for a west-facing plot.
We own 2 adjecent plots (Plot No 3 & 4) of 15m x 20m each making our total plot size 30m x 20m however we cannot change the elevation of the house, we have to use the builder provided elevation or keep the front of the plot empty. If the width of the planning area is to increased from 15m it should be done in such a way that it looks harmoniuos with the rest of the houses. We do not want to use the whole 30m x 20m plot for building and want most of the northern area of the second plot to be kept empty, we want a small, cozy and easy to maintain house.
The objective is to design a harmonious home that adheres to Vastu principles while incorporating passive solar design principles. 1. **3 Bedrooms with attached walk-in-wardrobe and Toilet:** Please design three comfortable bedrooms with attached bathrooms and wardrobe space.
2. **Formal Drawing Room:** Create an elegant formal drawing room for welcoming guests.
3. **Living Room:** Design a welcoming and functional living room for everyday use.
4. **Office:** Plan a dedicated office space with a separate external entrance and an internal connection for convenience.
5. **Servant Quarter with attached toilet and kitchenette (Separate Entrance):** A separate area for a servant with attached toilet and a small kitchenette, accessible via a separate entrance.
6. **Common Powder Bathroom:** Include a common powder accessable from living room.
7. **Services Area (Separate for Utensil Washing, Cloth Washing, Ironing Niche):** Create designated areas for utensil washing, cloth washing, and ironing.
8. **Study Area for Kids:** Design a study area for children's educational activities.
9. **Kitchen + Store:** Plan a well-equipped kitchen with a storage area.
10. **Dining Area:** Include a spacious dining area for family meals.
11. **Pooja:** Create a tranquil and sacred space for prayer and meditation.

2. **Multipurpose Hall (Games Room, Gym, Home Theater with attached Bath area - Jacuzzi):** Create a versatile space that can be used for games, a gym, and a home theater. Include an attached bathroom with a Jacuzzi.

- **Architectural Style:** The architectural style should be timeless and easy to maintain.
- **Elevation:** The elevation is fixed by the builder and cannot be modified.
- **Construction Material:** The structure should be RCC (Reinforced Concrete Columns).
- **Maintenance:** The design should prioritize ease of maintenance.
- **Timeline:** The project should be completed within 2 weeks.
- **Minimum Setback:** 4'9" in North, 3'3" in South, 9'10" in West, 6' in east. however we would like to keep most of the northern side of the plot empty in the second plot.
