Create a CAD drawing to scale

I am looking for someone to create a CAD drawing to scale for me. I need a 2D drawing and I have an existing model that can be used. The desired size of the drawing is small. I expect the contractor to be knowledgeable in CAD software, with an eye for detail, as well as strong time management skills. This project should be done in an efficient and timely manner, so that my expectations can be met.
