Create Blueprints for permitting
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We have a steel building we are having built….1/3 of it is a garage and the other 2/3’s living space.
Building size is 60 feet long by 30 feet wide
1. Would like the bedroom/bathroom to be 16 feet wide.
2. Would like the closets in the bedroom to be 5’10x 4’9”.
3. The area marked with a tub will actually be a handicap shower and the toilet area needs to be handicap. And the sink will be a double vanity.
The French doors in the drawing are the center of the building.
I’m attaching the plans from the building company as well as a mock up drawing I created.
