Create Basement Addition to Existing Home Architectural Plans

I have all of the dwg files available for easy modification. I just need the following:

1. Basement Floor plan created (I will provide rough drawing)
2. Updated rear elevation with basement added.
3. Updated side elevations with basement added.
4. Updated transverse section
