Create Architectural Drawings For a Residential Home (Ontario/Canada)

I want to hire an Architect to design and prepare all architectural drawings needed for a new House build in Ontario Canada. He/she is preferred to be familiar with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) requirements in Canada.

The package includes the following drawings:
- Site Plan (I will provide the site survey).
- Dimensioned and detailed Foundation plan.
- Dimensioned and detailed floor plans.
- Framing plans.
- Complete front, side and rear elevations.
- Roof plan.
- Typical building sections.
- Typical foundation details, wall sections, and cornice details necessary for construction.

Optional Drawings / Services:
- Separate electrical plan.
- Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work).
- Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations).
- Energy calculations.
