Create All Engineering Documents for Luxury Expandable Container House & help get house plans approved in Hawaii County - PE Stamp for Hawaii REQUIRED

I am planning to move to the Big Island of Hawaii next summer with my family. We are only moving there for the summer, we have a very short timeline. We will be visiting the island the first week of November to make the final selection of a building lot and plan the other details. I need some engineering help to make my idea come to life.

Requirements:
- Create a luxury home using expandable container houses
- Stay within the construction budget

I need someone to:

- Analyze Hawaii County Code and propose how to make my plan compatible with the Hawaii County Code (Including Building, Electrical, & Plumbing inspections)
- Take the concept of the expandable container house and make a luxury home that meet Hawaii’s building code
- House must be able to be constructed quickly (1 Month after foundation is poured)
- Create house plans working with the manufacturer to ensure manufacturability, code compliance, & cost efficiency
- House plans must be stamped by Hawaii PE
- Perform revisions as requested
- Plans Approved by County
- Answer questions during construction
