Cost-effective Estimator/Takeoff Specialist Needed

We're seeking a long-term relationship with a cost-effective estimator/takeoff specialist to assist with our tendering for small-scale projects in Texas, specifically focusing on retail spaces, warehouses, schools, and small buildings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting takeoffs and estimations for both electrical and concrete scopes of work based on project drawings and specifications.
- Providing cost-effective solutions to keep our bids competitive.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in cost estimation and takeoff processes.
- Familiarity with electrical and concrete works.
- Ability to interpret project drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry, specifically small-scale projects in Texas.
