Convertion to mother in law suite with kitchenet

I need to remodel and expand one bedroom downstairs (partial addition construction) and expansion to garage to concert into a suite...studio for my mother in law. Bedroom with full bathroom, small living area and kitchenette with eating area. Independent entrance from main door. We are ready to convert asap. Looking for design proposssl, plans and guidance for permits and if we can expand from the current construction of the house. We want something that adds value to our home and not a "patch _temp fix" . Not looking for construction....just the design, plans and permit guidance posibly dubmission. Very serious, we have the money set aside ready to start
