Converting hand drawn construction sets in AutoCAD

I am looking to have a total 21 different AutoCAD drawing sets created at 1:1 from HD scanned hand drawn construction sets. I would also like if any missing elevations can be created for all 21 sets.

These drawing sets are of smaller scale festival attractions and pavilions and contain plans, sections, elevations, and details.

Note:
- Each scanned construction set varies in number of drawings - so some may have more drawings to be recreated than others
- The current hand drawn sets are in German language
- Majority of drawings are currently 1:50 and or 1:25 scale in Centimetres.

The goal:

1. To recreate these hand drawn construction sets in AutoCAD and then use them later on for 3D modelling afterwards - so it would be great if it was CAD’d in a way that can make for easy extruding of shapes (ie. closed curves, polygons accordingly).

2. Have digital versions of these drawings ready for export (ie. layout set up, drawings placed and scaled accordingly)
