Convert scanned house plans into CAD (DXF)

I have a scanned set of plans from the 1980s that detailed an extension to my property. They have significant yellowing with age, but need to be digitised so that I can make alterations in future.

I am looking for someone with experience in vectorising older plans and producing a DXF. Thanks.
