Convert a .pdf paln into autocad with measurments

I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can convert a .pdf plan into AutoCAD with measurements. The project requires the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2017
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and measurements
- Ability to accurately convert a .pdf plan into AutoCAD with a scale of 1:100
- Experience in creating 2D drawings
The freelancer should be able to deliver accurate and detailed 2D drawings based on the provided .pdf plan. The project does not require any 3D drawings. Please provide examples of previous similar work when submitting a proposal.
