Convert house design plans to architectural plans and provide CAD set also make 3D renderings

I drew floor plans in chief architect, I need to convert the plans to architectural format required for filing with city agency, I would need the floor plans, electrical plans, plumbing, sectionals, risers, as well as engineering notes for wood construction. I will also need 3 renderings of the exterior and interior rooms, I will provide samples of what I would like. The house is a 2 family residential home 2 floor and a finished basement.
