Convert hand drawing into a professional drawing for building approval

I am trying to get approval from my council to build a home. Most of this drawings and submission have been prepared elsewhere, but there is some unfinished work, including a plan showing the setback distance from the street of my house relative to the existing houses next door. I would like my hand drawing (attached) turned into a professional drawing.
