Convert architectural plan (IMAGE FORMAT) into a DWG format (Autocad 10)

I am looking for someone to convert 12 architectural plan in the IMAGE format into a DWG format in Autocad 2010. I need to make sure that this job is completed accurately and efficiently, as the plan is very important for the final product. I require the person to have experience with Autocad and the conversion process in order to get the exact results that I’m expecting.
