Convert Patio to Minimalist Bedroom

I have an 10x12 attached covered patio that has been converted to an unpermitted bedroom. This structure needs to be upgraded/legalized as a bedroom. I need architectural plans drawn up and stamped to legalize this structure. The structure was built 2 years ago to legal covered patio code within the city of Ventura (https://rmadocs.venturacounty.gov/building-and-safety/permit-application-information/building-and-safety-b-17-attched-and-detached-patio-cover.pdf). It has a 5 inch think properly re-bar reinforced slab. Legalization plans should include retrofit of footers, egress window and sliding door.
