Convert PDF hand drawn architectural plans into AutoCad

I am looking for a freelancer who can convert my PDF hand drawn architectural plans into AutoCad. Although I am not sure of the scale of the plans, I do not require any specific layers or linetypes in the AutoCAD file, as standard ones will suffice. However, I would like all additional elements such as dimensions, annotations, and symbols to be included in the AutoCAD file.

Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
