I am looking for a freelancer who can convert a PDF format, A3 size electrical single line CAD drawing into .dwg format (AutoCAD). Here are the project details:
Desired Output Format - CAD drawing should be in .dwg format (AutoCAD)
Layers/Elements - No
Edits or Modifications - No
Ideal Skills and Experience - experience with any CAD software that can provide the .dwg format output

Freelancers must note this is a replica of original design and the IP rights already belong to us. The sketch does not have secrecy, however the freelancer has to keep the records to themselves and are not allowed to distribute.
