Convert PDF Plans to CAD with Building Construction Detail with Building Code

We are looking to hire someone to convert existing PDF images of a very small simple house plan, elevations, construction detail, (from one of our previous projects) into CAD. We ideally also need full construction drawing detail as well up to code and stamped by an engineer/architect. We would eventually like to have the ability to make changes to the home via this new CAD file.
